Middle School Communicants Class
A 6-week class for students (6th-8th grade) who are interested in full communing membership at PCPC and ready to be admitted to the Lord’s Table.
The Middle School Communicants Class at PCPC allows students, 6th – 8th grade, to examine their faith alongside their families and the church to discern if they are ready to make a public profession of faith and be admitted by the Session to the Lord’s Table as full communing members of PCPC. The class intends to prepare participants to:
- better understand the vows they will be taking,
- articulate their faith to an elder,
- cherish the privileges and embrace the responsibilities of their inheritance in the household of faith
Finally, the class celebrates the Lord’s faithfulness in bringing about a response of faith in the hearts of these covenant children.
