Partnering with RUF-International

Did you know that 40% of international students have no close American friends and that SMU is home to more than 1000 international students? PCPC partners with Reformed University Fellowship International (RUF-I) to mobilize, develop, and equip PCPC members to engage in Biblical hospitality through gracious, gospel relationships with international students at SMU. In a city as large and diverse as Dallas, we do not always have to travel to participate in the Great Commission-international students from 90 nations live right in our own neighborhood! These students are among the brightest in their countries and will return home to be leaders in business, law, science, and politics. Many come from countries closed to the gospel and come with minds curious about our culture and our faith. We have a unique and important opportunity to practice Biblical, covenantal hospitality by acting as ambassadors for the Kingdom as we offer our friendship to international students at SMU.
