Complete Directions for taking the Couple Checkup

E-mail the Counseling Office and request a Voucher Code

E-mail the Counseling Office and request a Voucher Code. Each couple uses one individual voucher code. Please add your name and e-mail address in the return e-mail in the space provided. Each weekday, Caty will e-mail couples their codes as they request them.

The First Person creates the Couple Account and completes their Checkup:

1. Create two Usernames and a single Password
2. Review / Accept the Terms and Conditions
3. Enter Voucher Code provided by church
4. Save/E-mail your Account Information
5. Login and complete your Couple Checkup

The Second Person can Login to the Couple Account and complete their Checkup

1. Click Login from the main page.
2. Do not create a new account. Enter Account Number and Password received from your partner.
3. Complete your Couple Checkup.

Once the second person is finished, you’ll be at the View Results page

1. Click View Results to open and print your report
2. Print a Discussion Guide for yourself and your partner
3. E-mail a copy of your report to someone else (optional)
