Ministry Purpose

The Ministry Services Ministry exists to provide support and resources for all ministries of PCPC to ensure that we reach optimum efficiency in operations to extend the Kingdom of Jesus Christ by serving our ministries. It supervised by Executive Director, John Primrose. This support is provided in the following three areas:

Human Resources

Administers the salary and benefits program for church staff and assets with staff recruitment and employee relation issues for the entire church including staff recognition and awards.

Information Technology

Manages the computer network; including hardware and software; repairs and maintenance and staff training; manages the telephone system (including equipment and voice-mail server); coordinates the church calendar and audio/visual needs.

Property Management

Manages and coordinates building and office operations at the church, including utilities, insurance, security, building repairs and maintenance, grounds maintenance, furniture and fixtures, vehicle maintenance, office supplies and equipment, postage and food services.
